!only tested on ps2 cause thats all i got!
okay i dont know if this is already discovered but i found this out.
#1: put in the cars can fly cheat
#2get in a car and fly to an OCEAN
#3fly into water and sink in(whenever your lung capacity gets out just put in health ,armor,and money cheat)
#4while underwater put in the max lung capacity cheat(your breath bar should start to go up)
#5then wait till its full then get out of car and start to swim around in the ocean(it may be hard to get out of the car)
#6you should now be able to swim around the ocean and raise your lung capacity to its max(when you put in the cheat it did not give you max lung capacity)NOTES:messages saying:muscled decreased will not take away muscle_after you get on land and go back in your breath bar should never go down_after you die the effect still works--ENJOY NEVER DROWNING
