Should I buy a PSP now?

I've been thinking about grabbing a PSP now since it's been a while since its release, and all my classmates spend their mornings playing Tekken and that Patapon game (Yeah, I know, but I can't relate anymore!). The price is probably lower than it was back then. Would it be wise to buy a PSP now? Or is the next portable coming out soon (PSP2 or something)...?

I don't think they'll have another PSP out in a while. Then again, I could be wrong.

Gopher it though - I like PSPs.

They're fun. Useful, and crap.

You could get Parappa the Rappa because that was a fun game. IMO.

Tekken is good too. I think I played Guilty Gear once. Had no idea it existed until I borrowed my friends PSP. You can also get Crash and Spyro on that bitch too - so all the more reason to get one.

Yeah, what's a good price to bargain for one now? No second-hand please.

I like the concept of that Monster Hunter game. It's stupidly pathetic compared to all other games but it's the type of game I enjoy wasting hours on.

EDIT : Why slim? Cheaper? I'm after the cheapest non-second hand option available right now.

And a good price is ehh, about 150$ - PSP slim, and new. With that Daxter game.

24 isn't old.

I've got 22-23 year old friends that love the PSP.

But...they're boys. So maybe that has something to do with it?

In any case, I could totally see myself at an important job interview when I'm 26 and playing a PSP.

haha i spend my work time listening to my itouch and playing games i put on it...
i like the music part :B
can u put music on a PSP? im not sure i think you can?
