Can't play Warcraft 3

And, when I got my new computer. I got the router to work and bought a USB adapter for it so I can get Internet from the router. Well, I can't play Warcraft anymore. I receive the "Can't connect to Battle.net" message and it says if I have a modem, I should manually connect to the Internet but I don't use a modem, I use a router. Any help? :/
