New char, any ideas?

Ok, so I've played WoW for a while now on and off. I've finally decided to start playing properly. Having played Guild Wars for the last couple of weeks (by the way Guild Wars is so much easeir) I found it hard obviously XD. Then I realised my character actually sucks on WoW. I have a level 27 Undead Warlock, and somewhere along the line it went horribly wrong. I also have a level 34 Dwarf paladin, which went wrong too XD. I thought why stick with the warlock if I don't like it? It's just not worth it . So basically I'm makin a new character that I'm gonna stick with to level 70. What are your ideas on what I should make? Race/class, professions etc.
Thanks!

Well I've got an Undead Warlock in the making, but I get bored of casting and I wanted a melee/range (just something other than casting really) char on the side XD. I think rogues are pretty cool so might make one of them. Also what race is best for a Hunter in terms of Racial skills. Also...professions for a hunter? =] Thanks.

Skining and Leatherworking for a hunter. And as for hunter Dwarfs have like anti blead and and poison, Trolls have berzerk, and orcs have increased pet dmg.

Hunter is a really fun class to play. You can do a lot of thing with your hunter, and perhaps that the reasons why there are so many hunters in wow. The tough thing about being a hunter is that if you are not really good as playing your char, then it might be a little bit tough to get into a decent end game guild. Another advantage of being a hunter is the easy of gathering. Instead of fighting all the way to that netherbloom of your, you can just run to it and Feign Death, wait for the mobs to deagro and pop up to pick up your flower

Hmm, warriors are boring-ish to level, but once at 70, they own in arenas and such.
