Warcraft for £9.99

I finally bought World of Warcraft today, all 5 CDs of it! Firstly, I went into Woolworths. It was £25 there. HMV was £15 and so was GAME. Next stop was Virgin, where you can pick it up for £9.99 That's the same price as play.com (online). Bargain. Got a month free to play so I'm just waiting for my 456MB update to complete so I get see what all the fuss is about!

Re: Warcraft for £9.99

The game cost me $50. It was a pretty pwnage game except it sucks for wireless users. Also I couldn't afford to keep paying monthly.

Re: Warcraft for £9.99

Yeah it's like £9 a month. Glad it's a month free so we can see if we like it first.

In USD it's about $20.

Re: Warcraft for £9.99

It was 15 USD a month for me, 50 USD for the 5 discs (this was over a year ago near when it first came out). I loved the game. I had an amazing guild with cool people but once the leader left the coolness died. I lost interest without a guild. I need to talk to play.

Re: Warcraft for £9.99

@_@ If there was some WoW trial, I'd try it. But spending that much and not knowing... bad.
