I don't think there is such a thing. The only private server I've ever seen is Legacy Gamers, and last time I check they had crazy exp boosts, but they had a large amount more than the official server.

Oh, oops, I forgot the rest of my words. They had more features, at the time at least. They had more weapons, they developed new kinds, reskinned maps, created some customs, and they had all of Quest mode a long time before the official servers did, which I'm not even sure they finished.
