Explain Assisting for +rep.

Well assisting is when you need to borrow someone else's skills you can borrow them for as long as they leave their assisting screen open. Basically you can borrow most non combat skills and the other person will get all the exp for anything you do with their skills.

For example if you wanted to make a prayer potion and had all the ingredients, just not the level, you could request assistance from a person with high herblore, and they would get the exp, you would get the potion

You can't request assistance in minning and woodcutting I believe, not sure on others

So, say I got someone to assist me that had like 40 Agi, I could do Horrors From the deep then?

And can I use it for long distances?

No you can't use it for agility

Here is what you can't use it for:
Hitpoints, Attack, Strength, Ranged, Prayer, Defence, Slayer, Summoning (because these are combat skills), Agility, Firemaking, Thieving or resource-gathering skills (Woodcutting, Mining, Fishing, Hunter

Oh and it can't be used for quests

I guess its worth it though.

Then after that, its time to go to crowded worlds and use my cannon until its empty than hop again. :'D

I think Agility is one of the worthless skills ever.

All you need it for is quests.

It makes a difference.
I was making a skiller and it took me so much longer to get places compared to my ranger.
