Would it be worth my time and energy to join a guild?

And, how do I join one?

Do you mean like the Crafting Guild/Cooking Guild etc?

Just guilds in general. Does it matter which one? I just want to know if it is worth it in general to join any kind of guild.

The Fishing Guild is probably the most useful Guild.
Cooking Guild is deserted, because it is useless.
Crafting Guild is good for f2pers
Range Guild, same as cooking guild.

The Champions, Heroes and Legends Guilds are good as well, you need to do quest for each of those.
The Heroes has 2 rune rocks in it's basement, so it is popular.

I used to be part of a mining guild. It just kinda' helped people telling you where the worlds for mining aren't full and things like that.
