Everything is legit, I don't think it has a lot of stuff worth value (I haven't played in 4 years so I could be wrong).
Cmbt lvl 100 
All the stats are pretty much ~40 and above with the exception of Hunter, farming, construction, summoning - I have never play with those before, and herb and runecraft is in 30s.

As for the items if I remember correctly it has like 100kish, some dragon weapons, I don't think it has any armor, combat clothes or sth, and items for fishing/wc etc, basic runes, and junk I guess.
