I know that after the 3k limit set thing that Jagex enforced, It was impossible to buy gold etc.

But, how do gold selllers do it still, I mean I know they can farm gold on your account, but like on some sites it says that like a 100 mill order will only take 2-5 hours. Is there someway they transfer it?

Would it be possible via party room?

Well there are ways, I believe one way is to take a ton of runes into bounty hunter and kill the person with the runes. It's risky though

Oh and it won't work through the party room because the bankers and gaurds announce when there is a party going on and if it's worth 1m+ bankers all around runescape announce and offer free teleports to the party room.
