These type of people abuse the report button and need to be stopped.

If you see someone reporting for nothing report them for abusing power.

I was lucky to convince jagex that the guy false reported me.

That's a terrible reason to mute a person for; I bet you anything that Jagex used some type of automated system to determine the ruling on that, and if they didn't then that's just sad.

SAme thing happened to me. a scam-hunter reported me for, in a group of lvl 50s. saying i had an immortal jelly roll. i wasn't trying to sell one or anything. just joking with my friends.
