Because there probably less than like, hmm, 10k people have them?
I wouldn't mind 99 mining though.
Selling Rune ore would be so much money.

Selling Rune ore would be so much money. | So true, but rune ore is a pain to get, not many rocks and I think at 99 it still takes a while to mine them. But even less people have 99 mining than FM I think

GPoints: 2,669 Rep Power: 24 | Theres like small amounts of people with skill capes other than, Fletching and FM.
I guess Quest capes are kind of common too.
My friend got one in like his first week of members.
And also, I'd mine all the rocks and then world hop, while keeping another tab open with a different world.
Then when I log off the world I'm on I'd change the world for that page.
And repeat that till I had a full inventory.

But if you think about it Summoning is, because you can get 99 in one day, easily.
You have to collect charms etc, which takes ages but actual training of the skill Summoning is the fastest. | |

But summoning is a bit of a cheater like you said, it takes ages to collect but you can get 99 in one day with right charms. | |
