Trying out Runescape Expirement [[This only works for 6month + inactive accounts]]

I am trying out a Inactive Account expirement. You guys will help me. If it works i will +rep your post. Here is what i require for you to fill out.

What i am going to do...is make Jagex think i own the account. Then they will give it to me. I am trying this out. Please do this/

Also if this works...I will make a guide of how to get other peoples inactive accounts.

This is not a hack. I got this from a rs guide. I send a forgot my password report into Jagex..and make up some sad story....and hope jagex gives me the account.

This has been tried many times before with questionable success. I think JaGeX is completely stiff on their recovery policy now, and the chances of you recovering without any genuine information extremely low to none.
