Silkroad Online
Basically about the Silkroad in China.
I personally, have no fucking clue what its about because my memory sucks ass.
So I hardly recall any of it, if thats even the right thing I'm thinking of.
But yes, basically you choose either:
European or Chinese.
I chose European, Warrior FTW.
So far the landscape is amazing, like its not perfect looking.
But the size of the beginning town is crazy, which is Constantinople.
So its pretty big its got a coliseum, a big center where everyone goes and buys stuff from merchants, and the NPC sellers.
I haven't really read up on it, but I'm hoping for some huge Europe vs China battles.
I basically picture both sides charging at each other. xD
And as far as looks go for your character:
The looks for male faces is hardly noticeable, except the tone is a bit darker for Chinese.
And they both have a few different unique faces to go with it, I think Europe has like lame ass Satan looking thing, yeah sounds cool but no.
And China has one of those masks, name escapes me.
And a monkey/human, I wish I had looked up the faces before hand. >.>
And for girls, honestly there is basically no difference.
And oh yes, when it comes to class choosing:
I don't fully understand the concept yet, but basically you can put points into any of the classes.
So say your going to be mainly a warrior, like me.
But you also want to heal, well then you can sink points into cleric skill tree.
Which seems pretty cool and versatile compared to most MMORPGs put there today.
Which are basically all designed for you so you don't have to do any work.
I would highly recommend this game just because it looks promising.
But the quests don't give very good instructions, so its very grindy if you like to level fast, rather than walk around trying to find the right NPC to talk to.
I might write more tomorrow, but for now I'm gonna throw in a DVD and go to bed.
