I need help with Sid's Auto Adopter

Everytime I open it, the screen goes black then my desktop comes up but its in disfigured colors and every icon is huge. After hat a window pops up that asks me to Send an error report. After this it closes it. Any suggestions?

try running it as a administrator or in a smaller window. right click on sids auto adopter and click properties.

Actually i don't think it runs on my computer... It changes all of my icons into the older ones. I put it on Windows 2000. Do you think there is a way to fix it?
