Manual Score Sender (updated)

Ive written a program in VB6 that can generate a score URL for you to send as flash game score. As the name of the program indicates, it is manual. Its not automated. You have to copy and paste the URL. I have to give credit to unlimitedorb for letting me see the sourcecode in Java. It helps me understand the Crypt function in the decompiled swf file better. I learnt Java which I never interested in learning just for the sake of this lol.

The reason for making it manual is to minimize abuse. Please do not abuse, dont induce change in neopets coding

Ps: this is not an open source since its commercial value is quite high in my opinion. So dont ask me for source code

And please don't send ridiculously high score or you can say bye bye to this scoresender (1.0b) soon.

EDIT: To MODERATORS who examines attachment; if you see wierd characters which are in group of 83 characters per line and 20 lines all of em, thats the keys.txt which has been readily converted for use in encryption. So, I dont need the keys.txt anymore.

LOL you hope. I dont really care if this gets approved. cause I kinda afraid of it being abused. Mods can move this to underground if they feel like it.
