First, learn how to talk.

Second, stop spamming.

Third watch your attitude. If someone asks you to stop spamming STOP. For someone with five posts, almost all of them double posts, you have a lot of nerve. Back down, and someone will help you later. Or you can use the search option, and see what other people who have had this issue have done.

I'm getting the same "birthday is required" message when I try to log in to the trainer. I was already logged into Neopets when I tried to log in to the trainer. When it gave me the "birthday is required" message, it logged me out of Neopets. My Neopets account is not an old, unused account--it is one I use daily, so it does not give me an option to put my birthday in. (At the moment, I am unable to log in due to having "tried too many times to guess this password within the last hour.")

I used this trainer over the weekend and was able to login to the trainer without getting this message (although not all of the games worked for me.) I did change my Neopets password yesterday, but I did make sure to carefully enter the password correctly in the trainer login. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

i think u have to be logged out of neopets when logging on to trainer

Well, it worked over the weekend with me logged into both Neopets and the trainer at the same time. But, just to be sure, I logged out of Neopets and tried logging into the trainer again. I still got the "birthday is required message."

kmlost...if you still have the problem, try logging from the trainer first. this automatically logging the Neopets website.
