you havent logged into your account for long enuff, so it requests a birthdate. login into neo with that account first and the birthdate then you wont get the runtime errors

I have tried everything that has been said in this site.
Put the library files on the system32 folder.
Done on my 2 dif computers and still keep on getting the same error about the library files...
No one has actually told us if this program works on vista.
Can some one please tell us?

Possible solution for missing file problem.

After 2 long hours of reading suggestions on how to get the trainer to work, I finally managed to use it so, I must thank all those who helped to answer technical questions regarding the trainer and of course, another big thank you to Barcode for sharing this program with us.

ahruless, I'm currently using Vista Home Premium and it works fine for me so I'll try to help you out as much as I can. Here's my thought-up solution to fix the problem based on experiences and tips from others.

1) If you try to start the trainer but it comes up with some error saying that a file is missing, use google and search for that particular file (in my case, missing files were "comdlg32.ocx" and "msinet.ocx"). The download page will always be the top most one. Download that file and put it in the "System32" folder (C:/Windows/System32)

2) For some, even after placing the missing files there, the trainer still comes up with the same error. Like someone said on this thread, you have to register the file. My way, would be to right-click on the file, and choose the option "Open With". There might be a pop-up, saying "Windows cannot open this file". When you see this, just select the second option (the bottom one that is). Another window will open titled "Open With". Click browse (bottom right-hand side) and browse for the "System32" folder (once again, C:/Windows/System32), double-click it and search inside for a program called "regsvr32". Double-click it and you'll be returned to the "Open With" window. Select it from the list of programs and press "Ok".

3) If it comes up with an error saying that you can't register for some particular reason. Here's what you do, for Vista users (not sure about XP users), click the "Start" button (bottom left-hand corner of screen, the one with the Windows logo) and on the search bar, type "cmd". Once you find the file, do not just click on it. Instead, right-click and select "Run as administrator". Once you got "cmd" running, just type the name of the missing file you were supposed to register previously and press enter. The file should run and now be able to register (at least for me, it did). Try out the trainer now and see if it works.

4) If once again an error pops up saying another file is missing, just follow the same procedure as shown from steps 1 to 3. Other than the solutions already posted here, further problems are beyond me, hope this helps for some of those having trouble.

All of this might seem a bit long-winded and possibly confusing, but if you have any questions, I will try to answer them as best as I can.

so i downloaded the file, and then i googled the missing file it said i needed to run the program, and i found that, and downloaded it as well.
and i tried doing all your steps... but it didnt seem to work...
im stuck basically, but im using vista... so i guess that cant be the problem....
i think im doing something wrong... when i tried to do a few of your steps, i couldnt because it didnt happen in the way you described in your steps, like you would say to press some sort of button after doing this step and i wouldnt have a button to push, or you said in one of the steps to right click and choose open with, when i didnt have that option....

im very confused l0lll, but thanks a lot for any help (:

Picture Solution

Ok, so since tarababyxya has been having problems trying to get the thing to work, I decided to try posting the solution but with pictures included which hopefully, might help a little better in understanding.

This is how the error message might appear for those missing a file.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...nant/Step1.jpg

And so, like I mentioned before, you have to download the file. Just search the name of the file on google and you should be able to see it. I don't really know why the link I downloaded from ended up as the 3rd option. But anyway, that's the link I normally use, the one with the URL "www.afreeocx.com"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...nant/Step2.jpg

If you chose to go by the URL I circled, you will come to this page (as shown below), just click on the highlighted button and you're on your way to downloading the file. Don't forget to put the file in the "System32" folder (C:/Windows/System32).
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/3.jpg

And now, to register the file, once again, right-click the file and press "Open With"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/4.jpg

When you press "Open With", you might get something like this:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/5.jpg
Just press the highlighted button once again.

After doing so, another window might pop-up showing this:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/6.jpg
Like I said before, choose the second option and click "Ok" and you'll be on your way.

And now, this window pops-up:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/7.jpg
Once again, just press "Browse"

Look for the file "regsvr32" in the "System32" folder and select it.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/8.jpg

After which, you'll be returned to the "Open With" window. Select it from the list and press "Ok"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...revenant/9.jpg

When you see this, just press "Open" again.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/10.jpg

Not sure if anyone will have this problem but this is what happens, an error says that you can't register for some reason.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/11.jpg

The solution, click the "Start" button, type in the search box, "cmd".
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/12.jpg

Now, right-click on it and press the "Run as Administrator" option.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/13.jpg

This window should come up:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/14.jpg

Just type in the file's name inside (not "regsvr32", type in the file's name which you're missing). In this case, the file I'm missing is "comdlg32.ocx"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/15.jpg

When this pops-up, just press "Open"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/16.jpg

This time, it says that the file has been registered, now you're ready to start up the trainer.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/17.jpg

Oh, bugger. The same error pops-up again... What did I do wrong? In my case, nothing wrong really, as you can see in the link, they're now requesting for another file, this time "msinet.ocx", just follow the same procedure again to regain the new missing file.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/18.jpg

Now then, I'm not really sure if this is exactly what everyone will see when they try these steps out. I can't really help much if that's the case because I can't see what goes on your computer unless you give me a picture link or so.
