i am sorry noob question when i try to open the program it says that mswinsck.ocx or one of its dependencies is not correctly registerd: a file is missing or invalid


what do i do i downloaded the file where do i place it i am running windows vista ultimate

Google the file you're missing, place the missing file in the System32 folder (C:\Windows\System32) and then register the file. That should solve the problem.

To register the file, right-click the file that you've placed in the System32 folder and press "Open With"

When you press "Open With", you might get something like this:

Just press the highlighted button.

After doing so, another window might pop-up showing this:

Choose the second option and click "Ok".

And now, this window pops-up:

Just press "Browse"

Look for the file "regsvr32" in the "System32" folder and select it.

Not sure if anyone will have this problem but this is what happens, an error says that you can't register for some reason.

The solution, click the "Start" button, type in the search box, "cmd".

Now, right-click on it and press the "Run as Administrator" option.

Just type in the file's name inside (not "regsvr32", type in the file's name which you're missing). In this case, the file I'm missing is "comdlg32.ocx"

This time, it says that the file has been registered, now you're ready to start up the trainer.
