Ok, so since tarababyxya has been having problems trying to get the thing to work, I decided to try posting the solution but with pictures included which hopefully, might help a little better in understanding.
This is how the error message might appear for those missing a file.

And so, like I mentioned before, you have to download the file. Just search the name of the file on google and you should be able to see it. I don't really know why the link I downloaded from ended up as the 3rd option. But anyway, that's the link I normally use, the one with the URL "www.afreeocx.com"

If you chose to go by the URL I circled, you will come to this page (as shown below), just click on the highlighted button and you're on your way to downloading the file. Don't forget to put the file in the "System32" folder (C:/Windows/System32).

And now, to register the file, once again, right-click the file and press "Open With"

When you press "Open With", you might get something like this:

Just press the highlighted button once again.
After doing so, another window might pop-up showing this:

Like I said before, choose the second option and click "Ok" and you'll be on your way.
And now, this window pops-up:

Once again, just press "Browse"
Look for the file "regsvr32" in the "System32" folder and select it.

After which, you'll be returned to the "Open With" window. Select it from the list and press "Ok"

When you see this, just press "Open" again.

Not sure if anyone will have this problem but this is what happens, an error says that you can't register for some reason.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/11.jpg
The solution, click the "Start" button, type in the search box, "cmd".
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/12.jpg
Now, right-click on it and press the "Run as Administrator" option.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/13.jpg
This window should come up:
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/14.jpg
Just type in the file's name inside (not "regsvr32", type in the file's name which you're missing). In this case, the file I'm missing is "comdlg32.ocx"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/15.jpg
When this pops-up, just press "Open"
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/16.jpg
This time, it says that the file has been registered, now you're ready to start up the trainer.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...evenant/17.jpg
Oh, bugger. The same error pops-up again... What did I do wrong? In my case, nothing wrong really, as you can see in the link, they're now requesting for another file, this time "msinet.ocx", just follow the same procedure again to regain the new missing file.

Now then, I'm not really sure if this is exactly what everyone will see when they try these steps out. I can't really help much if that's the case because I can't see what goes on your computer unless you give me a picture link or so.
