You could, perhaps, ask around on the WPE site, or drop an e-mail to the company. If it's their program that you're using, they might have some information regarding what is illegal and what isn't.

You are going to get banned... Simple as that. A lot of my friends use wpe and guess what... banned. Losing millions of dollars worth of items. (gaia money that is) You will not be sued they could care. They just ban you and take your stuff. Read the tos... very clear, they can ban you for w/e reason they want then "utillize" your items. =] yay gaia! -.- f*cking bishes. I was mass banned on accts. that were legit. Oh well... they won't get any more donations from me. I bought all their stupid evolving items and mc's every month.

The horrible, horrible truth is that a lot of times, my mom WATCHES me script.

altering data is illegal thus there is legal presence to sue someone who does such. Just read their terms of agreement.

I can't believe we're talking about this. Some people honestly believe that Gaia would get their lawyers to track you down and try and sue you for this?
They'll click the account ban button and move on to the next one. This isn't worth the cost of a phone call to their lawyers, and Gaia would probably get kicked out of court for wasting everyone's time.
People who are telling you that Gaia would sue you obviously aren't smart enough to comprehend law.

True, but hypothetically they could sue you. There's be no point and It'd be a complete waste of money on their part ,but they could do it, and would probably win.
