In this case, I'd bet my school tuition that Gaia wouldn't give 2 shits and ban an account without pursuing irl legal recourse. Because yeah, it would be THAT dumb.

The only reason anyone would get sued is because they were actually taking something from Gaia that normally they would profit from. Like the store collectibles and such. I know for a fact that one person, who I won't name, is getting sued for about 33,000 dollars.

But look at the amount he stole.
