Can someone tell me how to download the library files? o.o

Yeah, I'm just that clueless!

It's already downloaded, I think. But when I run them, it shows the licence agreement, then it shows the " Libraryfiles's files will be installed in the following directory:

Then it shows the name of the directory o.o Then it shows "..." and you click on it to change where you want it to be installed. Where should it be installed? O.o

Is it saying your missing a OCX or a DLL, or a outdate of something? If not then go use the programs.

just install it to C:\WINDOWS\system32
