Guiz I need help.

I need to know how would GamingGutter be like.. in a game? What would the characters be like?
If there was a city what would the city be like? Who would you like to be some of the main characters? And what should be the main goal of the game?
Annnnnnnnnd what would you want the start menu to look like?
The start menu usually is a place where you can view the "How to", "Options", and can press the "Play" button.

The story follows the main character Sniper, on his way to conquest the world. Along the path he faces such obstacles such as scammers, infraction happy admins (Kyo...), annoying scene girls, and Gaiafags.

[The Warden]

I dunno how exactly it would be...but I want to be the person that hides in random objects, and when you examine said object. I pop out and ask you questions about your adventure. If you answer correctly I give you a prize, if you answer incorrectly you will have to deal with my comical ramblings.

Well the main characters should probably be the staff, and a city could have different buildings representing different forums maybe. So there would be a spamzville building, and a general discussion house.

It would be cool if players would get to create and name their own character before starting. ( A cartoon with options for hair,gender,clothes and so on)

I have no idea about the point of the game.

Anyway back on topic- I like Sidespin idea. With the buildings as Forums. But it would need to have a plot and a problem.
