Misunderstood video game vocab.?

So, I was playing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle the other day, and I played against the first boss in the game. When the little robo-chao said "aim for the cockpit", I remembered that when I was younger, I didn't know what "cockpit" meant and had to resort to the dictionary. xP (3rd-4th grade, mind you.)

I got to thinking, and I remembered a similar incident while playing Kingdom Hearts around the same age. One of the intro questions is "What are you afraid of?" and one of the answers is "Being indecisive" and I used to not know what that meant, so I had to look it up.

Any vocab in any video games that you didn't understand as a kid? (Not in books, of course it'll happen in books. That's why teachers make us read large books three grade levels to high... so we have to use the dictionary.) x3

They had some japenglish in the videogames (well still do all the time) but I didn't know what the hell they were saying a lot when I was little because the japanese accent was so thick as they yelled out an english battle cry.
I remember I played a game called "Tales of Destiny..2? 3?" ( I dunno xD) and one character yelled out "AISU NEEEDURUUU!!" and it took me like, 5 times hearing it before I figured out she was saying "Ice Needle" D8

Ok, that's hilarious. xD I had to bite my tongue, because I don't want to laugh and have my mother come up here and catch me on. o.o

But uh, yeah Aisu = Ice in Japenglish then I suppose. I hate poor "being able to understand what's really coming out of their mouths" quality in gaming. I think I remember playing some arcade game at an old movie theater a few years ago, and it was Tekken... 2 or something, and I KNOW they were saying actual words, but I just didn't know what they were saying.

It may have been real Japanese though.

I don't read a lot of the text either since it's all japanese so I just skip it. Though whenever I play a game where two people fight and one of them wins, they always say: "K.O. you win!" I never understood what 'K.O.' meant even til this day.

Knock out.
I'm pretty sure that's the only problem I've ever had with reading text.

When I played the first Super Smash Bros. game I couldn't figure out what CPU mean so I made up my own definition. It was an educated guess though. =P Oh and Conkers Bad Fur Day.. I played that when I was about seven and didn't get anything, I just liked to laugh at the swears.
