Keep in mind there's about a two foot gap between the water and the edge (which is rough concrete), and you repeat this motion for every person who was late to class..... eleven people were late.
@orly: Yes, athletics. I play water polo. The guys team was laughing at us. :/

And I know how you feel, the equivalent of that in softball are suicides, and they completely kill.

GPoints: 974 Rep Power: 4 | Sprints in the water are reallyyy fast freestyle. I'm pretty good with freestyle, but butterflies KILL. ME.
And, ahhh yes... when we do land training we sometimes have to do suicides and bleachers. :/ I also remember those from pe. Ugh.
@UP: Dude, trust me, it def. whips you into shape. It hurts a lot at first, though. You have to get used to itt.... ugh, i mean i could barely walk down the stairs on the way out of school without my knees buckling, or dropping my books while I walked home- LOL. Conditioning kills. But we're doing drills tomorrow, and a scrimmage on friday. I'm so excited, I haven't actually played polo since last winter.<3
LOL@Shape other than round.
