So you're saying you shouldn't get something you think looks nice just because other people wouldn't be able to see it? I just don't think that someone SHOULDN'T get something just cus their friends wouldn't like it or get to see it at all, for that matter. I guess the only acceptable piercings are facial piercings then if that's your frame of reference.

And the point, as I stated before, is because YOU like it. Idk about you, but I get things I like, not what other people like. /=

Yes, I only get facial piercings.
I don't feel like wasting a shitload of money to get something hardly anyone will see.

And I don't really give a fuck about them, if they feel like they should get a corset that they WILL take out soon and not show it to there friends and stuff its up to them.
I just think it's pointless.

Hodizzle your microdermals are pretty sweet! I sorta want to get my hips done that way. How does the process work? Do they use a puncher or whatever it's called?

Thank you. THe process is pretty easy actually. They use a 10 or 12 guage needle and they created a pocket. So only one hole per piercing. Then they sort of stick the longer end down (the ends of the jewelry are flat) and kind of "pop" it in. It's not nearly as painful as that makes it sound.

I have my tongue pierced. I haven't messed up my teeth at all, but I have a big dent on the roof of my mouth from it. I wear the shortest barbell possible so it is less likely to jack up my teeth. I also use titanium instead of stainless, I think it is softer, I can't remember. Sometimes when I date guys with various piercings I find that mine mixed with theirs equals too much metal in my mouth.

A... dent? Shittt. I was thinking about getting my tongue pierced a little while ago, but rethought it. It seems like the negatives outweigh all the positives, from what I hear.

Maybe it is more of a callous than a dent. It isn't that big of a deal, if I wear bigger balls on my barbell it gets worse. I've been really lucky with my barbell not coming unscrewed when I'm eating and stuff. I don't know if I'm typical or the people with teeth/swallowing horror stories are.
