I've never had wisdom teeth pulled, but as for the nitrus oxide, I wasn't very loopy at all afterwards. It calmed me down a lot and it seems to have an effect that makes time pass faster. So I felt like I had only been sitting in the chair for like, 15 minutes when it had been an hour, which was cool.
They put the mask ( for the gas) on me at first before the dentist even came around so you're nice and calm if you get freaked out for the needles (to freeze your mouth).
Nitrus Oxide is great O_o. Nothing to fear there.

As for the Oxycontin they may give you afterwards, I've recieved that too from the dentist. They never give it to you in quantities where you could possibly become dependent on it.

I wanna try some of that.... I wanna float in a sea of bliss...

But, nitrous oxide does not sound that bad afterall..... You just can't drive much. =)

Now that it's all said and done, I'm surprised at how fast it was. At the end of the day, it doesn't hurt too bad and the bleeding is just about stopped. He bruted the first three out with plyers and then use a punch (chisel type thing) and hammer on the last one. All I could feel was the pressure that was put on my skull and jaw. My face was numb all day. I had an itch on my chin that wouldn't go away because my face was numb and I couldn't feel myself scratching it. I went to work. The first hydrocodone made me feel a little euphoric, but not really all that stoned. I took about three so far today. I just hope that I don't blood drool all over my pillow. My white pillow would look like giant used tampon.

I heard its a burning acid they use to melt out your eyeballs and the remaining acid leaks down to your testicles and guts and melt them leaving a hole in your phallus and stomach.

I'm not out of the deep end yet. My wisdom holes are full of brownish gunk that tastes and smells like hot sick and my cheeks are swollen and sore. I look like Alvin and the Chipmunks.

I'm sure you also got a bunch of Tylenol 3s. That means Codeine. I suggest taking 4 and hitting a joint.

I'm on hydrocodone. The thing is, I can't take it till I'm silly, because I live in a home and they keep my meds locked up in a cart and I have to get it from the nurse and she writes down the time that I take it and only lets me take one pill every four hours.
