For me taking honors and gifted in Middle School didn't do shit. It was a waste of my time.

yeah the middle school ones don't really help at all. Colleges don't look at your middle school grades and clases

Well i want to go to UM, and they look at your Eighth Grade Transcript. The classes helped a little I mean, I have read a lot of books that I have to read in the Junior Year already, but I'm not sure if it was worth it.

Yeah I suppose 8th grade might be worth a little bit, but I took a few honors courses in 6th and 7th.

Yeah. I took honors courses through out all of Middle School. And since the 2nd Grade I took what they called "Gifted" classes.

AP testing is national

We need teacher approval and can get kicked out if we don't do well enough in the class.

I thought AP testing was national. So then it must me CP that is optional based on the county or state.

The thing with us is that we cannot be removed from our AP classes after a 28 day grace period. During that time we can get out of the class or we can be kicked out.
