Recently, I started coughing up blood. Often. I haven't been able to sleep in a few days, and I lost like 30 pounds in the past month. I can't really swallow food too well, either. I'm having trouble breathing, too, and I got an inhaler for it. Apparently cancer in the area I live happens at a higher rate than the surrounding areas. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do about it, but I'm going for a checkup tomorrow, and I'll probably be getting a CAT scan. I'll know tomorrow if it's cancer, or something less serious.

GPoints: 1,331 Rep Power: 3 | Oh, that sounds awful :( Could it be pneumonia..? The blood thing sounds really bad  If it happens a lot in your area, maybe something's fucked up somewhere - like asbestos in places, or ...toxic....something or other.
Just throwing out some ideas.

GPoints: 122 Rep Power: 10 | Well, I went today, and I got like 4 scans. They said there's definitely something wrong, like I didn't know that already. I won't get the results for another couple days, though. I'm pretty mad because if it something serious, then the sooner it gets detected the better. At the same time, maybe it would be better if I didn't know.
And the school used to have asbestos, but the got rid of most of it. I do live near a nuclear power plant, too, and that probably has something to do with it.
