Sometimes I set my alarm so that I allow myself a good 45 minutes to sit with coffee and TV, or sometimes if I need the 45 minutes of sleep I'll put my alarm clock across the room so that I have to go across the room to shut it off. (By that time I'm awake enough to function.)

I don't think i would have been motivated to wake up if my dad didnt have one of those timed coffee machines, haha.
the smell was what made me want to get up initially, and the caffeine was a pick me up (:

I set my alarm up to 7:10. Then I lay in bed till 7:40. Then I get up finally and ride my bike to school.

Ummm... nothing for me really. I am an early riser. Except when I slept so late that I sometimes tend to oversleep in the morning. Then what I do is I check my phone, play some loud music on it. (;

Sometimes, my mom helps me wake up. She loud, angry voice is the best alarm clock ever. (;

Program yourself to wake up at around 6:45. For 15 minutes do any exercise you can. Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc. Then, take a cold shower for around 2 minutes then make it hot. It'll feel good and you'll be awake. Don't sit down for too long. Don't eat a breakfast heavy with carbs. Keep on the move.
