I used 3 different gradients on 3 different opacities..and there was like 2 motion blurs and some gaussian blurs. But the background is a C4D render. =P Sorry to disappoint..
I really liked your sig, though, the colors could've matched better (it's like all serious and then a guy in pink standing in the middle xD)
By the way does this forum let you talk dirty like extreme for me because i can talk so dirty that you will get urges even without looking at naked women online
