What this should do is make the blurred layer a simple ring around the original layer removing any white fuzz.

This is a simple tip, I didn't try it, but its a quick way to remove fuzz on larger scale images.

I've known about this trick before, it's just that the smileys are too small, the edges come out worse this way.

I tried using camtasia to re-animate them,and then some online GIF editor to break them up so I can edit each one and transparent them and then make them animated... though it ended up fucking their eyes up. >.<
