Yeah, i couldnt realyl do to much.
The picture is horribly rendered so i had to do something to get the sides out of the way or else it would turn to shit x.x

Okay, as it has already been pointed out, this picture already has a lot going on! So many colors!

I tried not to make it too loud, so I added some softer colors and added a font with an edge. There's really not much left to do when she's already got blue hair and colorful wings! I added some color behind and around her and used a warp brush to liven things up a bit.

If you don't like it, I came up with about 6 other ideas.
