How to make Glitter Images

First off, go download paint shop pro 10.

Just go to download(dot)com and search for PSPX

once you get started, select a picture. Use a ghostkerbomb from neopets. Simply right-click>save picutre as

Once you get that picture up, do these steps
image>increase color depth>rgb 16 bits/channel

then press ctrl+c once and ctrl+v twice
you should now have 3 boxes up

now click on the magic wand and click an area you want to make glittery on all three boxes.

once you get that done, click on adjust>add/remove noise>add noise
in the pop up, click on gaussian and monochrome and then put 100 i think it is to 29. Do this to the three boxes

once you are done with this, go to palettes>materials

since you are using a ghostkerbomb as the picture, use the light green. double click in the big box below the now green box and make that the same shade of green.

Click on the magic wand again and click on JUST the white area around the picture on all three boxes.

now get the fill bucket out and color in that area.

once you are done that, go to image>palette>set palette transparency
click on set the transparency value to the current background color and click on proof. Move the popup thing down a bit and a box should be checker board instead of green. Do that to the other two.

You are now ready to add sparkles and stuff. Google some sparkly stuff. I deleted the one's that I had.

Now go to your desktop and click on my computer
from there do c drive>program files>corel>paint shop pro X>picture tube>artistic. then paste it there. Open the folder up and take out all the sparkles. Then go back to psp and click on the picture tube thing and click on the icon at the top. click on resource manager and then move then cancel on the move window and resource manager. A pop up should have come up click yes. Then chose a sparkle. Now click on one of your boxes and place a sparkle there. Put one or two more on the other two boxes but in different place to make it seem like its moving. Now save each box as a gif with different names in the same folder.

now open up an animating program again. Place it on your desktop. Now open the program up and then click on the open folder. Select your first image then click on the page with the plus sign on it. Do that two more times. Now click on animation and click on looping then click on repeat forever

now click on the image tab and make the last number box thing thirty. Now click on your second image and make it thirty then your last one and make it thirty. Now click the play button at the top to see how it turns out. When you are dont that, save it as a gif by clicking the picture of three floppy disks. Now upload it to a website and youre done.
