Hello there, this tutorial will be teaching you how to put a desired picture inside of written text.
You will need ::
Either Photoshop or Adobe Essentials
A Desired Picture
What you plan to write
Tutorial ::
First, start off with a nice big font, at it's biggest size, and in bold. (this will make it show up better. I'll be using my Username, "Juanstin" in Rockwell Extra Bold, Size 72, Strong setting.
(sorry for the tininess of the images, I didn't want them to page stretch.)
Next choose the desired picture. I chose ::

(but bigger)
Now, copy and paste your picture over your text.
Drag the layer that the picture is on under your text layer so that the text is over the image. Now with the arrow tool, drag your picture around until whatever it is in the picture you want showing in the text, is underneath the text.
Now, this is a bit tricky. Go to where the layers are and click on the box with the "T" in it. AT THE SAME TIME press the "ctrl" key on your keyboard. This may take a few tries to get correct, but when it does, your whole text layer should be selected like in the below picture ::
Next, drag the layer with your picture above your text layer, so it is above the text and only the selected outline is visible ::
Now on the key board press Sift + Ctrl + I (or go to Select < Inverse) ::
After that press on your keyboard the keys Ctrl + Backspace. The rest of the photo should have disappeared except for in the text ::
Now on the keyboard press the keys Ctrl + D (or go to Select < Deselect)
Next, delete the Text layer and white background layer.
Finally, crop your image to the desired size and save.
You're final result should look something like this ::
I hope this helps you with your graphics! If you would like the full images of the examples, please feel free to Pm me and I will send them over.
+rep, +thanks is loved, but not at all required.
