Although, I don't get how she repositioned the girl's (Alison?) head and made her neck look longer, or most of the stuff she did in the bottom row of pictures XD

Well, the first part is a different pic, number 2 is a new pic but still the same one in the bg (person). Kinda easy but It's helpful.

If you're talking about the bottom row of pictures: you mean to say that the second picture, with Alison's repositioned head/longer neck is a totally new picture, and not an edited version of the first one in that row?
The artist talked about using a layer mask to make it that way, but it isn't specific enough for a beginner like me. Perhaps you know how and wish to share? =D
