Okay I just decided why not go for it before the chance is gone. Anyways I've become an active member in the graphic section. If you are thinking about putting me as the gfx leader, I will try my best to proof that I am right for the job. I have became so much better with graphics since I have been here. I've posted tuts, sigs, and posted links to stocks. I will probably start posting up some psds. I also manage my own graphics site on myspace. www.myspace.com/fahrenheit98

How capable are you of attracting users to gaminggutter? Specifically
Graphics section.
I've got some members in the past, but I know some good gfx people on different sites that I could attract to here. I used to advertise on habbo and neopets, but they weren't gfx people.
How capable are you of obtaining resources (legit, meaning no ripping, or taking PSDs and tutorials without permission).
I make my own psds and tuts. If I do make any good psds I will try to post them up in the mean time. I can possibly try to get some good stocks on my own.
