Those first three effects done to the render are quite horrible making it look bad :(, you need to work on text and find something to pull your sigs together because they all feel like they're missing something and you didn't really show anything but the same style, where is the variety? Your not very active in graphics section, you never made a thread to rate sigs or compete in a competition.
Try and show more vareity, work on your text and finish touches, be a bit more active in graphics section and make a tuturial, even a crappy one. The graphics team should have members that are good at graphics and work to improve the graphics section, not just do graphics.
