HTML IS a programming language, thus it should be kept in this part of the forum. If its all you got to submit with, chances are you wont get in. But, if you have remarquable skills with it, go for GFX. Its also an exception on their part.

HTML is a markup language similar to XML. You only define which text is what, there's no programming involved. It isn't design until you introduce CSS. Make a few layouts and apply for GFX.

How can it be a programming language? It doesn't have variables, loops, if/else statements, or any type of thing usually found in a programming language.
