How to make a cookie-grabber?

i think thats the reason no ones gonna tell you how to make it.
spreading it is just gonna get TNT to patch it and NO ONE will have a cookie grabber.

Very complicated. In fact, cookie grabbers can only be made in the 2 hour window when Jupiter and Neptune are aligned with Venus. This is non-negotiable. Good luck!!
